Courtney Sutcliffe is a part-time faculty member and the EarthView Coordinator for the Geography Department. She is a double alumna of BSU with a BS in Geography and an MAT in TESOL. She loves the reciprocal nature of her two disciplines, where geography knowledge assists in connecting to her English learners and teaching English to students from all over the world informs her geography teaching.
As the EarthView Coordinator at BSU, Courtney oversees a statewide outreach program that promotes geographic literacy and global awareness through immersive educational experiences. Her work emphasizes cross-cultural understanding and experiential learning in both K–12 and university environments.
